JBW timepieces are shipped globally. We currently offer free shipping and free returns on all U.S. orders.


We accept the following types of credit cards:

When you place your order with a credit card, JBW verifies your information with your credit or debit card’s bank. In order to prevent your order from being denied, it is best place your order with the same shipping address as your credit card billing address. Orders with different shipping and billing addresses are sometimes flagged for verification and can delay your order processing time.


When you place your order with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete the transaction. You will need to login with your PayPal username and password if you have one.

If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you can either set up a new account or check out as a guest.

Once you are done processing the payment, PayPal will direct you back to the JBW website to complete the transaction.


All orders go through a verification process for 24 hours after you place the order. If you placed your order and received an email stating your order was cancelled, it could be due to several reasons:

1. Mismatched billing address: To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the information on your credit card account.

2. Possible Fraud: For credit card security, our system sometimes declines transactions that show inconsistencies or indications of fraud. The best way to avoid this is have your order shipped to the same address as your credit card billing address.

3. Out of stock: Occasionally after you place an order, one or more of the watches selected is no longer available. We monitor our inventory levels very closely, but at any given time, multiple customers are shopping simultaneously and items do sometimes sell out before they can be removed from our website. If that happens, we will send you an email notification and your card will be refunded for the amount of the watch. Our customer service representative would be glad to check re-stock dates or help find a similar watch for you. Please contact us for help.


Tax rate – In accordance with state and local laws, all purchases shipping within the state of Texas will be taxed using the applicable sales tax.

International duties/taxes - For customers outside the United States, the item prices do NOT include your country’s import duties or taxes. You will be contacted by Fedex or DHL to collect duty charges prior to delivery of your package. The rates vary for each country and range from 5% - 30%. Please check with your local customs office for the duty rates in your country.


Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, pending any credit card verification. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays. Two-Day and One-day shipping timelines also do not include weekends. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

International Shipping


We offer International Priority shipping which usually takes 3-5 business days.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

JBW watches sent with “Free Shipping” are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually take 5-8 business days.

JBW Watches sent with “Two Day” or “One Day” shipping and International orders are shipped via Fedex.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:

Within 48 hours of expected delivery

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 48 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival


JBW is committed to ensure you are happy with your timepiece. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price (less original shipping charges). In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.


Timepieces may be returned up to 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund (less original shipping charges).

Domestic returns:
We offer free returns for all US customers. Please use the pre-paid return label included in your original shipment to send your return. Make sure to complete the return form and select your reason for return. Include the return form with your return shipment. If you did not receive a return label or misplaced it, please contact us and we will email you a prepaid return label to send your timepiece back.

International returns:
At this time, we are unable to offer pre-paid return labels to our customers outside the US or cover the cost of return shipping, but we still accept international returns. You have 30 days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Simply include any items you don’t want in a box along with the completed return form which came with your order and send it to us using your preferred courier service. Please declare it as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice. Make sure to keep the tracking number for your records. We cannot guarantee receipt of international return packages without a tracking number. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your order minus any original shipping charges. Please allow 14-21 days for return processing.

Please contact the retailer you purchased the timepiece from about their return and refund policy. We are unable to accept returns for timepieces not purchased directly on our website. We unfortunately cannot issue a refund or exchange for a timepiece purchased from a different retailer.


Once we receive your timepiece, it can take 14-21 business days to process the return and refund the money to your credit card. For international orders, please allow for additional time.


Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. However any orders cancelled after the shipment is in transit will result in the customer bearing return shipping charges. These charges will be equivalent to shipping charges paid during checkout. IMPORTANT: Please do not email if you are cancelling an order. Give us a call or use our support chat feature to request a cancellation.


We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
