SERVICING

The two year warranty covers any manufacturer defects of the timepiece. We will service your timepiece at no charge (excluding shipping fees) through our service center.

UNDER WARRANTY SERVICE

To send your timepiece in for service under warranty, please fill out the service form and send us an email with your tracking number once your watch is on the way. Click here to complete form.

All repairs and cost of parts are free if your timepiece is covered under the JBW warranty.

However, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to and from our repair center. Once all repairs are complete, we will email you an invoice for return shipping.

NON-WARRANTY SERVICE

We know you love your timepiece and take care of it, but sometimes accidents happen. If you need to get a broken part fixed or purchase an additional strap, we can help.

If you are sending your timepiece back for repair outside the warranty terms, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to and from our repair center. Once all repairs are complete, we will email you an invoice for return shipping plus any repair costs.

To purchase parts for your watch, please contact us and we can check availability for you.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR TIMEPIECE

1. Fill out the repair form on this page and click submit. Please include any pictures for easier referencing.

2. Within 48 hours, we will respond with an email including instructions on how to send your watch to us. Print out the email, which includes your repair form and include it with your package.

3. Pack your watch securely in an empty box and ship it using your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. The shipping costs to and from our service center are your responsibility, but we handle all the repairs and parts at no additional cost to you.

REPAIR COSTS AND TIMING

It usually takes two weeks to repair and return your timepiece. Once we receive your timepiece and repair it, we will send you an email with an invoice for your return shipping costs. You can pay it directly online via credit card. As soon as the invoice is paid, you will receive tracking for your shipment back.
