JBW is committed to ensure you are happy with your timepiece. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

REQUEST RETURN LABEL (U.S. Customers Only) – No cost to you! Please send an email to returns@jbw.com requesting a return label with postage for your return. In your email, include the following information:

- Name
- Order Number
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return

We will process all return requests within 5 business days and send you an email with an attached of the return label. Just pack up the watch in the same box you received it in, attach the return label to the top of the box and drop off the package(s) to your nearest post office. We will issue your refund with 20 days of receipt of the return package. We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost.

     Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date. All merchandise returned must be unworn and in perfect condition. Indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason of your return so we can serve you better in the future. If you chose not to request a return label from us, we recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

    Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost.
