Platinum Warranty Details
The Platinum Warranty is an upgrade option available only to purchases on JBW.com. It extends your standard warranty two additional years (4 years total) and provides extra protection and servicing options to help preserve the value of your JBW watch.
Every JBW watch has a basic international 2-year warranty, issued by JBW itself, and validated with a serial number and guarantee card inside the watch box. The Platinum warranty includes the basic warranty plus these additional features:

Frequently Asked Questions
The Platinum warranty coverage begins the day your product is delivered and last for four years from the date of delivery.
The Platinum warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, misuse or excessive wear and tear under conditions exceeding the timepieces manufacturer's water resistance limitations. The warranty is valid only at JBW. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than JBW will void this warranty.
All Platinum Warranty requests and claims are handled directly through our Concierge Service. You can cancel your warranty plan for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, only if you have not redeemed the warranty for any servicing.
The Platinum Warranty is only available at the time of the original watch purchase.
The Platinum Warranty is only available on watches purchased on JBW.com.
This service procedure is designed to ensure that every timepiece is functioning at a pristine level. The movement inside your watch is cleaned or replaced depending on its condition and the battery is replaced as needed. Timekeeping accuracy and water-resistance is also tested to ensure quality standards of the watch are being met. At this time, we can also update the leather strap or links as requested by the customer.
