Can you share a bit about your background?

I was born in Chicago, raised in the heart of Dallas, and now call Palm Bay, Florida, home. I moved here for a new start in life. Something new. Even though I have family in nearby Orlando, This still feels fresh to me.

How would you describe your artistic style?

I describe my artistic style as remixes inspired by my love for music, similar to a DJ transforming an original track.

Could you highlight some of your personal favorite and notable collaborations and artworks?

Notable artworks, the Yamborghini High album cover for ASAP Rocky, and a personal piece featuring Vincent Gallo, where I used a scanned chain and "remixed" it by imprinting it with Gallo's image.

How did you approach the artwork for JBW?

Creating for JBW was like a breeze. The images were so cool and very fun to work with. I pretty much freestyle the work. It didn’t feel like a job and you guys were super easy to work with.

What are your plans for the future, particularly in 2024?

In 2024, I plan to bring my art directly to my supporters through pop-ups in NYC and LA, intending to be in the presence of those who appreciate my work. Simultaneously, I envision creating larger-scale pieces, pushing the boundaries of my artistic expression.

Beyond your art, what new chapter do you plan to embark on?

I aim to delve into the realms of psychology and philosophy. My passions are shifting, and I want to help people in more ways than my current artistic endeavors allow. With art as my guiding force, I'm ready to contribute to the world in a profound and meaningful way.

JBW extends heartfelt thanks to Ian Woods for his extraordinary collaboration, where his artistic brilliance has seamlessly intertwined with our brand, creating visuals that resonate with sophistication and style. We look forward to more harmonious partnerships and the continued evolution of our shared creative journey. Thank you, Ian.
