The Platinum Warranty is an upgrade option available only to purchases on JBW.com. It extends your standard warranty 2 additional years (4 years total) and provides extra protection and servicing options to help preserve the value of your JBW watch.
US orders ship via standard shipping (3–5 business days). Standard shipping is free on orders $350+, and $10.50 on orders under $350. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, please see checkout for details. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

"I ordered my battery I provided the correct address and my package was returned to sender because someone sent it to the wrong address I wanted to wear my watch for a special event I had planned and was unable to do so because I didn’t receive the battery yet even when I emailed to ask where my package was there was no apology from the representative even acknowledging the problem I paid for a battery I have yet to receive. The mistake wasn’t on my end I provided the correct address and sent the screenshot as proof the address I provided was correct. As a business owner I feel that’s unprofessional if there is a discrepancy with my company I apologize even if it’s not my fault directly as I am acknowledging the issue. Definitely not satisfied with the service."
