Every JBW watch comes with an international 2-year warranty, with the option to upgrade to a Platinum Warranty.
The Platinum Warranty is an upgrade option available only to purchases on JBW.com. It extends your standard warranty 2 additional years (4 years total) and provides extra protection and servicing options to help preserve the value of your JBW watch.
US orders ship via standard shipping (3–5 business days). Standard shipping is free on orders $350+, and $10.50 on orders under $350. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, please see checkout for details. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days for standard processing before your order ships. Please note: orders including watches with Mother of Pearl dials may require extended processing time.
Easy returns for US and international orders. We accept unworn, like-new merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date.
