"All I needed was additional links to make the tiny watch band fit my 7. 25 wrist and all the rep wanted to do was sell me a warranty that came with two links and two additional links totaling 4. Ended up paying $55 when additional links are only $10 each! Expressed numerous times the watch was needed for an event and needed the links ASAP, took the watch less than a week to arrive, took the additional links and unnecessary warranty a couple days shy of 30 days to arrive!
