What is JBW Cash?
JBW Cash is an electronic gift card with expiration date. It is not legal tender and has no actual cash back. It is only valid on qualifying purchases at JBW.com.
How do I earn JBW Cash?
Order any timepiece or accessory (excludes gift cards) starting December 6, 2019 and get 10% back in the form of JBW Cash. The end date to get 10% back will be subject to JBW’s discretion of redemptions.
When will I receive my JBW Cash?
You will be sent your JBW Cash to the email address listed on the order by December 25, 2019. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received by December 25, 2019. If you still haven't received, please contact us at support@jbw.com.
How do I redeem JBW Cash?
You must redeem JBW Cash no later than January 31, 2020 or else the balance will expire. JBW Cash can only be redeemed on order subtotal of timepieces or accessories (excludes gift cards). On the order checkout screen, there will be a place you can enter your unique JBW Cash (electronic gift card) number.
Can I return something that earned JBW Cash?
If you already spent your JBW Cash, you'll get a refund in the form of your original payment, minus the amount of JBW Cash you spent.
Can I return something that was purchased with JBW Cash?
Yes, we will return the value of the JBW Cash to you as an electronic gift card valid for 30 days from the date of your return.

Platinum Warranty Details
The Platinum Warranty is an upgrade option available on JBW diamond timepieces at the time or purchase or within 30 days of receipt of your new timepiece. It extends your standard warranty two additional years (4 years total) and provides extra protection and servicing options to help preserve the value of your JBW watch.
Every JBW watch has a basic international 2-year warranty, issued by JBW itself, and validated with a serial number and guarantee card inside the watch box. The Platinum warranty includes the basic warranty plus these additional features:

The Platinum warranty coverage begins the day your product is delivered and last for four years from the date of delivery.
The Platinum warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, misuse or excessive wear and tear under conditions exceeding the timepieces manufacturer's water resistance limitations. The warranty is valid only at JBW. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than JBW will void this warranty.
All Platinum Warranty requests and claims are handled directly through our Concierge Service. If you have any questions about the warranty or need to request servicing for your watch, just email us here and we will be happy to help. You can also chat with us live by using the chat box in the bottom left of your screen. You can also call us at 1-866-408-1600.
You can cancel your warranty plan for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, only if you have not redeemed the warranty for any servicing.
This service procedure is designed to ensure that every timepiece is functioning at a pristine level. The movement inside your watch is cleaned or replaced depending on its condition and the battery is replaced as needed. Timekeeping accuracy and water-resistance is also tested to ensure quality standards of the watch are being met. At this time, we can also update the leather strap or links as requested by the customer.

Dear JBW family,
As our country reacts to the impact of inequality of the Black community, this comes very difficult for me to write. As a founder of twelve years of JBW, my voice has always stood behind the product. And before I rushed to make a statement, I wanted to take the time and reflect. A time to make sure our community reads this and it reaches people who need to hear it with a perspective.
Our models, influencers, photographers, stylists, customers, buyers and in-house team are Black and are responsible for a major part of the growth and success of JBW. The birth of JBW was heavily inspired by the hip-hop community but, more importantly, the Black community has always welcomed me with open arms. As we grew, the support followed. And no matter how much we evolved as a brand, our African American consumers continued that support.
I am disgusted and upset with the injustices towards the Black community. I’d be lying if I said I can feel their pain — I simply can not. We all simply can not. I stand with those calling out the ingrained racism and violence towards the Black community. We have had enough.
I do not have the answers, but I do know that for JBW — it’s time to stand up, amplify our voice and fully support the Black community. We must listen, show compassion and never turn our backs on senseless brutality. As we reflect on the events that have taken place throughout the country, we will take time to figure out the best way we can further show our support.
My heart goes out to the family of George Floyd and to the countless others whose lives have been brutally and senselessly taken through acts of racism and injustice. #Blacklivesmatter
